Professors Union Website for CSU-AAUP in New Britain, CT
The Connecticut State University – American Association of University Professors (CSU-AAUP) based at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT reached out to have their professors union website rebuilt. The understanding was that if they liked our work they would also ask us to rebuild the websites for the four university chapters (CCSU-AAUP, ECSU-AAUP, SCSU-AAUP and WCSU-AAUP).
The Approach
The main goal was to bring some semblance of unity to the association’s online presence. Each professors union website looked very different for every chapter, they all were outdated and had been built by different staff members and handed down to others over the years. The individual chapter presidents were allowed some freedom in the design and content of their sites as long as the predominant theme and color schemes were consistent.
The Connecticut State University – American Association of University Professors website was the first of the five websites that we redesigned and developed.
The Result
They were pleased with the outcome of their website so the other four chapters also got website makeovers.
